Bright pale straw colour. Fine bead with good mousse. This is the driest of the Bouvet's and brings out the fresh green apple character of Chenin Blanc. Slightly quincy palate flavours with yeasty overtones and crisp acid finish. Perfect fresh tasting wine for any occasion.
The colour is a surprise in itself. Bright and shimmering cherry red with very fine bubbles. Violet overtones on a peony pink froth. The nose is an aria of red fruit enhanced by its sparkling texture. In the mouth it is an explosion of red berries: blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry and strawberry. Rounded with a delicate structure. Complex aromas and freshness with a hint of oak combine to make this a truly intriguing and special wine.
