This elegant white wine is a very fruity tasting with fresh acidity and notes of citrus fruits. The aroma of apples is clearly recognizable. Perfectly balanced wine with a satisfying aftertaste.
The vines are grown in the old land around Montpellier, in the heart of the Languedoc. The soil is "cailloutis", French for red small gravel-like stones. The hot climate and dry conditions produce a very low yield of grapes, however produce high quality wines.
