Famous Italian wine made from white Cortese grape. Straw yellow color with a hint of green with an intense bouquet of vanilla, citrus, lily of the valley and bitter apples. A nice dry, well balanced elegant wine with a fresh lingering aftertaste. Excellent aperitif, but also a fine wine that comes into its own accompanying hors- d'oeuvres, fish and shellfish.
