This Pinot Noir is quite intense in colour. He has a very aromatic nose and is a typical Hawkes Bay Pinot Noir. The taste of plums and cherries dominate with a subtle hint of oak. It is a silky soft wine with sufficient tannins with a sturdy backbone.
