Collection may be possible in the Amstelveen area. This must be agreed in advance.
- Deliveries will take place 4 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise requested. This is our standard delivery schedule but may be possible to reduce this. Please contact 1stcru beforehand.
- Delivery not possible on Sundays.
- Prices are seen to be correct but 1stcru reserves the right to amend and / or cancel an order in the unlikely event of an error.
- Orders will be processed after receiving the payment of the money due via iDEAL. Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer.**
- In circumstances beyond our control where 1stcru is incapable to deliver an order, we (1stcru) can not be held responsible.
- If bottle damage has occurred, please make a note on the receipt and contact us within 48 hours. This will be investigated.
- 1stcru takes great care in purchasing, storing and packing as well as descriptions of wine. This is in good trust. If a wine doesn’t satisfy to expected taste or quality of the purchaser, 1stcru will not accept responsibility.
- Above mentioned applies especially for the older wines.
- 1stcru will investigate case by case to decide whether replacement can take place. For this you need to contact 1stcru.
- 1stcru requests all purchasers through this web site to 18 years old or over and request that alcohol is treated with respect. Please follow the government’s health and safety guidelines.
- ReWine points are only redeemable against the account where they have been earned. They are not transferable under any circumstances.
